Palmilla Beach Resort is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Port Aransas. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has a relaxing coastal vibe from the moment you arrive. The beach access was convenient, the pools were clean, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and kids. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The resort feels peaceful while still being close to restaurants and everything Port Aransas has to offer. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a golf getaway, or just a weekend by the beach, I would definitely recommend Palmilla Beach Resort. Looking forward to coming back!

Palmilla is always a staple in my Port Aransas trip! We always enjoy the golf course near the beach! The homes are new and are always very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them to everyone visiting Port A! The pool and environment are great for families and couples! We have visited here every summer for 3 years now!

This is my favorite course in the country and it all starts with the people. Super easy to book and setup your round. The starter Jim is hands down one of the best in the country, super friendly and helpful and always trying to make your experience better. Can’t wait for the next trip!

I played the golf course on a Sunday afternoon in May 2026, it was not hard to get on without a tee time, there were other players there but it was pretty open. The greens were in magnificent condition, some of the best I’ve ever seen. They had THICK and soft grass, very accepting of a well-hit shot. They were a true pleasure to putt on, very readable and rolling true. There were some patchy grass areas in the fairways and tee boxes, they should probably rotate the tee positions a bit more often to help with the tee boxes. Overall the course was in very nice shape, definitely improved the experience. The layout is 9 holes and fairly short, I hit a lot of wedges into the par 4s. It’s nice to have some shorter par 4s given the wind. There’s a three hole short course at the #1 tee which is a great way to get the juices going pre-round. I thought the value was just fine for the money for a high quality course (about $60 with tax to ride 9 holes) - they throw in an hour of range time with the green fee, which is worth at least $15 to me. It was a little challenging to find the Pro Shop when I arrived, they could use some better signs to direct new guests. It was a great, peac

Pamilla Beach Golf Club provides an outstanding golfing experience with its well-maintained course and friendly staff. Peter greeted us warmly and ensured everything ran smoothly, while the course was in pristine condition, with lush fairways, true greens and although they were a little slow because it rained me and my wife still had a great time! Kylie, the cart girl, added to the enjoyment with her attentive service and cheerful demeanor. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to play and relax, and I look forward to my next visit!
