The courts themselves are in great shape and nice to play on, which makes it a shame that the rest of the facility is so neglected. The grounds are dirty and the bathrooms are in a genuinely terrible condition. It’s a great spot if you’re just there to play and leave, but management really needs to step up the maintenance and cleaning.

This Pádel club could be great with some very minor adjustments to their automation systems. There is no live assistance if/when things don’t operate according to the automation this club uses for access and lighting control. The parameters for access/use are so errant with timing that the play experience becomes very much less than optimal. I setup a match via Playtomic, as required by the club, and was unable to access the facility until well after the scheduled start time (~15 minutes). Upon entry, the assigned court was illuminated so we started prepping and warming up for the match. Within 10 minutes, the lights de-energized on the assigned court and then the other court lights energized (mind you, this is 20-25 minutes into the scheduled court time at this point). After moving courts, we finished our warmup and began the match. We were unable to complete the match because the court lights de-energized again, even though we weren’t able to access the courts until well after our scheduled start time (total court time was less than 1hr15m of a 1h30m scheduled window, with some time required to move gear and switch courts due to lighting). Courts are bad, glasses dirty and feel light they are going to break, lights non existent, and no person available at the desk, they charge you like a premier club but they are everything except premier

I did reservations on playtomic and no staff is available.. no rackets for rentals although I have membership.. number given in the reservation is not reachable.. very bad
