The Omni Amelia Island Resort is very family-friendly, which our family truly enjoyed. They offered daily activities for children, along with activities for adults, making it a wonderful place for families to relax and have fun together. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk customer service was extremely disappointing. We needed to have our toddler’s car seat cleaned before traveling home and were directed to a third-party laundry service recommended by the resort. We contacted the company but never received a response. On our final day, the car seat cover was still damp after I attempted to wash it myself, so we asked the hotel if they could simply help us dry it. Not only did the front desk refuse, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. After spending more than $5,000 for just a few days at the resort, it was incredibly upsetting to end our stay using a hair dryer in hopes of getting the car seat dry enough for our toddler to travel safely and comfortably. We understand that the hotel may have policies limiting what staff can place in their dryers, but kindness, empathy, and an effort to help us find another solution would hav

★★★★★ My wife and I stay at the Omni Amelia Island Resort a few of times each summer, usually for three nights at a time, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The rooms have just been renovated and are well maintained. The resort property itself is beautiful, with excellent restaurants and plenty of open beach space. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every year they consistently provide outstanding service and never disappoint. A special thank you to Loyalty Ambassadors Gerie and Charity, who always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our room and our overall stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care are greatly appreciated. During our Memorial Day weekend visit, we also had the pleasure of being served by Cassandra at Falcon's Nest. She was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I believe everyone who waited on us at each restaurant, deserved mentioning. FYI - If you like fish tacos, the best I ever get are at the poolside restaurant. I keep saying I'm going to order something else for lunch but never do.

We stayed at The Omni over the Memorial Day weekend and it was a really great experience. There were lots of holiday activities for kids and families. The resort was very busy, but there were more than enough staff to accommodate the crowd. The location is beautiful and the rooms were very nice. We also did a kayak trip and a spa treatment while there. The Kayak trip was fantastic and we highly recommend doing that! The spa was also amazing! Overall we had a great experience and look forward to returning!
