When is this place open? The whole year goes by and I can't figure it out. Is it really open just Saturdays from 1 to 5:45 PM? This is a screen shot from the city website. Is the city so bankrupt they can't offer this to the public for more than 12 Saturdays for open swim from June 4th to August 24th (see photo & screenshot)

My children have been attending the Learn to Swim Aquatic Program (3 & 7 years old) for 14 weeks total and we absolutely love it, they look forwards to it each day! During all this time I've seen a huge difference in my children's swimming skills (they didn't know anything), the advances made week by week to the point I feel comfortable with them being in the water without me, but of course supervised. The staff are all so attentive and nice, we really enjoy the classes. It's an amazing program at such a reasonable price. Ms Laura is really approachable and is always willing/open to help with anything she can (doubts, suggestions, with the classes, etc). All the coaches my children have had contact with throughout those weeks have been really nice as well like Clari, Michelle, Christian, Ricky, JJ, Rey, and more that unfortunately I don't know their name. The amount of patience they have for their students is amazing. For the toddler classes coach Christian is a great teacher, he has so much patience towards the children and always tries to keep them engaged on the activity being done, specially when they're having a tantrum. We really appreciate everyone and I'm extremely grateful

Horrible lifeguard, i don’t know her name but she’s a girl with black hair. My friends were playing volleyball and they don’t play so they don’t have great control so they kept accidentally hitting it past the slide line where the life guard was and the second time they did, she got the ball and threw it at the slide without checking if someone came down or not and when the ball came back to her, she threw it across the pool and hit a little boy in the head and didn’t say sorry. My friends were laughing because they thought she was being ridiculous since it was an accident but she also didn’t allow us to play in that area or even bring that ball over there. She told my friends to stop laughing because it wasn’t funny and that she was being serious, she told my friend “if you hit me I’ll hit you back” mind you this is a grown woman and me and my friends are kids. Please fix this
