Sadly, I had to cancel my membership. I moved back home with my parents a few years ago, and as a gift to them, I’ve been covering our membership. What frustrated me most was that the club never told us a family plan could not include more than two adults. We only found out after my dad’s membership card kept getting flagged. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t make financial sense for us to pay for separate memberships. Maybe it would feel more worthwhile if the club were updating or renovating some of the older amenities, but in its current state, it’s hard to justify the cost. It’s genuinely disappointing because we all loved going, but ultimately it just wasn’t worth it for us anymore.

This 'Swim and Racquet Club' is a very strange place. While the front desk staff is actually very friendly and welcoming, the gym itself is neglected. The tops of the machines are constantly covered in thick dust, which is never cleaned. I often found myself wiping them down personally—not because I was using those specific parts, but simply because breathing in that much dust during a workout is a health hazard. My experience with the training staff was equally disappointing. I spent over a month trying to coordinate a simple intro session, but the trainer was apparently too busy to bother with a new member. To make matters worse, the head coach actually kicked me off a machine in the middle of my workout just to accommodate his private client—an unbelievable level of rudeness. The hygiene standards in the spa area are also shocking. It’s a common sight to see men entering the sauna fully clothed and in shoes immediately after their workout, whether they've just come off the tennis courts or the gym floor. I managed to stick it out for a year, but I have finally left this place behind with a great sense of relief. If you are looking for a professional and healthy club environment,

Gyms are competing harder for members as cancellations rise Budget gyms are expanding and undercutting prices Consumers are cutting discretionary spending Empty gyms = discounts, promos, and cheaper memberships GLP-1's making weight loss more achievable without spending 250$ a month. Expect to see a major paradigm shift in the coming years as I have no clue how this place stays above water financially ( no pun intended)

The only caveat is weekend 2 days only open till 8pm, if 9pm will be great! —————————————————— Have joined a full family membership , with my 2 kids, they are very happy with the swimming pools and play every weekend. I also very enjoy the outdoor gym area, fresh air during gym time.

We joined the club a few months ago primarily because of their pools. So far it's been great. The water quality is good and the pool is not crowded in mornings and evenings. Suitable for kids play as well as lap swimming. The showers and restrooms are outdated and definitely not luxurious, but they are clean and usable. The staff has been very friendly so far.
