Place is pretty rough. I’ve spent a number of nights here throughout the years. Convenient and easy access to the airport. But man, the rooms are horrid. Worn and old carpet, bare amenities. Bed was clean, but boy, room was worse than a Fairfield. The one redeeming quality is their outdoor bar and kitchen. It’s under renovation for the next few weeks, wish they would have advised of that when I booked. There are far better options, and I won’t be back until they update the rooms.

5 stars. I had an excellent stay. The concierge lounge was in great condition and the breakfast area was spotless and very presentable at all times. Special mention to Cristian, who assisted us with great kindness and professionalism. His service was outstanding and really made a difference. The hotel clearly takes great care of both its facilities and staff. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

Came to this location for a conference, and the biggest perk is the convenience. It's right across from Bob Hope Airport and the Amtrak station, so you can easily walk to and from the hotel, super helpful for travelers not using a car. I'm giving 4 stars largely because of the hospitality from the staff. Aaron, who works in the outdoor EDB restaurant, was fantastic, along with her coworkers. They kept smiles on their faces, provided prompt service even during high-volume times, and were consistently attentive. Julio handled the Social Hour for our private event, and despite long lines for drinks, he kept wait times short while maintaining a friendly demeanor. The other on-site restaurant, The Daily Grill, also delivered friendly, attentive service. Food portions are generous, making the pricing feel fair. The cleaning crew was respectful of the rooms and accommodating to guest needs, which I always appreciate. The hotel also made us custom room keys of our event logo which was original and fun. Where the hotel could improve is in the overall upkeep and amenities. The pool area feels outdated, and the rooms, especially the bathrooms could definitely use an update. It would also be
