This place looks great and is very clean. However, the service and sense of service are awful. There is no set schedule to go lap swimming. They kick you out at any time they have reservations or team sports and training. I would hate to be the person to ask lap swimmers to leave. No schedule or way of finding out what the schedule is. They never answer the phone. So, you can't ask about the schedule. What’s the purpose of having people at the front desk? I know its not on the workers and they understand that they need guidance. What can the staff do for this great facility? Get it together! Make this "Aquatic Center" the best in SD County with service not just in looks. I swim at the municipal SD pools more often since, I get better treatment, know the schedule and, they update the schedule frequently. They smile when they talk to anyone who comes into their facility. Plus, they are not profit centers.

We normally go to parkway but I must say I'm happy here. The instructors are very caring. I did have one issue and spoke to Ariel about it and next days class showed she took care of my issue. Thanks so much for the experience and for caring.
