A total class act from start to finish! The hotel is chic, the location is spot-on, the food is incredible, and the staff? Absolutely unmatched. The hospitality was hands-down some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We actually left behind an important item after our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to us. That level of genuine service is rare these days—and it says everything about the kind of place this is. Honestly, we’re already looking for an excuse to come back… and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. If you’re visiting the area, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. You won’t regret it!

We had such a wonderful time at Loews Arlington. Right from the time we got checked in to the time we checked out, the experience was amazing! The staff is super friendly and the proximity to the ATT Stadium is the cream on the cake. We came to attend the BTS concert and had a wonderful time both at the concert and the stay. Loved how we got the room ahead of the check in time and my daughter got all the time to get dressed for the concert. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly. I am really looking forward to come and stay at the Loews Arlington. If u want me to be the spokesperson for your hotel let me know, I’ll do it happily😀Thanks for taking care of us.

Our room was ready three hours before the official check-in time, which was a great start to our stay. When we checked in, the front desk noticed we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and generously offered complimentary gelato for all four of our children to help celebrate. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed. The pool was amazing, and every member of the hotel staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. From their warm smiles and opening doors to addressing me by name when delivering poolside drinks, the level of service was exceptional. Our room was perfect, the view was incredible, and even on the 20th floor, we had the hottest shower water I've experienced in a hotel. To top it all off, after checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my laptop in the room. I contacted the hotel, and their security team located and retrieved it promptly, making what could have been a very stressful situation completely hassle-free. We were especially impressed that the staff maintained such outstanding service while preparing for a major influx of guests ahead of the first FIFA game in Arlington the following day. We will absolutely be returning to this prop
