I highly recommend Fabio Castro for assisted stretching and personal training at the Sugar Land location! I originally started working with him because of ongoing low back issues; his knowledge of anatomy, assisted stretching, and corrective exercises has made a tremendous positive difference! Every session was more than just stretching. Fabio explained the purpose behind each exercise and helped me better understand how my body moves. That combination of hands-on treatment and education gave me confidence in my recovery. Over the past several weeks, we also focused on strengthening my core and lower back. He challenged me in the best way, always respecting my limitations while helping me build strength, stability, and confidence. Fabio is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping his clients succeed. If you're looking for someone who understands the human body, listens to your concerns, and creates a thoughtful, personalized approach, I highly recommend training with him. I’ve been coming to this gym and never had an issue with anyone until I came across Erin. She’s rude and tries to implement her own rules how she sees fit. I’ve never been asked for my ID until Tony B decided to single me out in front of her so now she singles me out every time and asks for my ID and which she has never done before and tells me now it’s policy which I know is completely untrue. She likes to parade her so called “power” around and I know it’s just her because I know 2 other people that has had an issue with her also and reading the other reviews, we’re not the only ones that has issues at the front desk.

Life Time Sugar Land is by far one of the best fitness clubs around. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. What truly sets it apart is the incredible variety of amenities—there’s something for everyone, and no other gym offers the same all-in-one experience. Whether you’re looking to work out, take classes, relax, swim, play sports, or keep your kids engaged in fun activities, Life Time has it all. It’s not just a gym; it’s a place where families can live a healthy, active lifestyle together. I love that it’s family-oriented and caters to all ages, from young children to older adults. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is positive, and the attention to detail throughout the club is impressive. If you’re looking for more than just a place to exercise, Life Time Sugar Land is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! The hospitality at Life Time truly sets them apart. From the moment you walk in, every team member makes you feel welcome and valued. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on creating an exceptional member experience. 10/10 service across the board. Highly recommend!

This is the weight rack on a Saturday morning. ALL the weights are gone. Apparently they were being used for a class. If this was LA fitness, totally understand. This is Lifetime where you pay hundreds of dollars in membership. If weights are needed for a class, the gym should have extra weights rather than using all the free weights in the general area. “Sugarland Lifetime: We charge Lifetime prices and deliver Planet Fitness services.” *Side note, staff are all really nice people. Super helpful and always friendly :)
