Her knowledge of the body and how to stretch different muscle groups was impressive, and she took the time to explain what she was doing and why. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. I recently returned to Life Time Fitness after over 4+ years absent, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ariel was incredibly attentive and made our return feel smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable, she’s amazing. Her professionalism and positive energy set the tone right away and made a lasting impression. Bryan was equally exceptional—he goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcomed, especially veterans. That level of care and respect does not go unnoticed, and it truly makes a difference. Because of the service we received, we are not only excited to return but also confident in recommending Life Time Fitness to others. This gym is family friendly and has amazing offerings. The childcare space + parent night out events really gives my toddler fun activities to do and allows for playtime with other children while I’m being active. I also really love the personal training program and Janet has been an exceptional trainer teaching me new lifting techniques and pushing me in a supportive way to meet my fitness goals. The management and front desk staff are always kind and courteous and I always feel right at home when I step through the gym doors. Other gyms have made me feel out of place, but not here!

I love LifeTime! I joined a few months ago and have had the best experience. From when you walk in to while working out at the club, the team is so friendly and helpful. I love my stretch sessions with Vivian. She is amazing. Not only is she super friendly and personable, but my mobility has improved so much over the last couple months. Definitely recommend LifeTime AND booking a stretch session with Vivian, you won’t regret it 🙂

The staff is welcoming and professional, always ready to help and create a positive experience. I also love the amenities, including the pool, spa, and family-friendly spaces, making it perfect for both fitness enthusiasts and families alike.
