My husband and I have been members at Life Time Garland for over two years, and overall we’ve had a really positive experience. If it weren’t for one major issue, this would easily be a 5-star review. The biggest frustration is the constant membership price increases. Ours has gone up multiple times, including twice in one year, and it’s becoming difficult to justify. I understand Life Time is in high demand, but I would much rather see them limit memberships than continue raising prices for loyal members. One of the reasons we chose Life Time in the first place is because it doesn’t feel overwhelmingly crowded like many other gyms, and I hope they continue to prioritize that experience. The group fitness classes are one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. The instructors are fantastic. Cindy is my absolute favorite, and I really wish she taught more classes like she used to. Her heated mat Pilates, regular mat Pilates, and Surrender Yin classes were some of the highlights of my week, and I was disappointed when her schedule was reduced. Jasmine, Shannon, and Lea are also incredible instructors who consistently make classes fun, challenging, and welcoming. The facility is

Lifetime Garland is so much more than a gym—it’s truly a community. The facility is always clean, the equipment is great, and the coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed. One of the best parts has been meeting so many amazing people with the same mindset of becoming healthier and stronger. The support and encouragement from both the staff and members make it a place you actually look forward to coming back to. A shoutout to the LifeCafe staff, too—they’re always friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for more than just a gym, Lifetime Garland is the place to be!

I’ve noticed such a positive difference in the aquatics department lately. The new Aquatics Lead has done an amazing job creating a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable environment. Whether it’s swim lessons or just spending time at the pool, everything feels well-run and inviting. The entire club benefits from the positive energy and attention to detail she brings. They’re truly lucky to have her on their team, and it definitely shows in the experience members are getting!

I would highly recommend this facility! Everything is clean and bright. Staff are energetic and eager to share their knowledge. The GM, Alecia answered all of my questions. She was very helpful and welcoming, even taking me on a tour of the entire gym and sharing information about equipment, classes, and amenities along the way. Regardless of your fitness and wellness priorities, this Life Time offers more than enough equipment, a full spa, indoor/outdoor pool, as well as hot tubs and steam rooms, even a fantastic cafe!

I’ve been training at Life Time Fitness for a while now, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The biggest thing that stands out is how complete the facility is. Whether I’m getting a lift in, doing cardio, or just trying to switch things up with basketball or recovery work, everything is in one place. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there’s enough variety where you don’t feel boxed into one style of training. For someone like me who’s balancing strength, conditioning, and overall fitness, that matters. I also appreciate the atmosphere. It’s clean, organized, and feels more elevated than your average gym. You’ve got people there who are serious about their workouts, but it’s not overly intimidating or toxic. It strikes a good balance—you can lock in and work, but still feel comfortable bringing family or just easing into a session on a lighter day. The amenities are another plus. The locker rooms, recovery areas, and overall layout give it more of a “fitness club” vibe than just a gym.
