Our experience with this badminton club has been extremely disappointing. Due to poor website handling, we were charged for an annual membership that we never intended to buy. There was no confirmation page, no receipt, and no notification that a payment or purchase had even gone through — leaving us completely unaware of the transaction. When we reached out to the club, we only received a generic email reply saying “all sales are final.” There was no accountability or effort to resolve the issue, even though the membership was never used. For a charge of nearly $1,200, this level of customer service is unacceptable. After seeing similar reviews from other customers, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. This is unethical and unprofessional. We are never coming back and do not recommend this place at all.

The new courts have poor lighting, and I can barely feel the air conditioning; it’s extremely humid. One of the ongoing issues has been the management's lack of responsiveness, which has led to frustration. The front desk staff do not inform "open play" customers about which courts are reserved. As a result, we ended up playing on a court that was already booked. The person who had reserved that court came and yelled at us disrespectfully. If the management communicated which courts were available, this problem could be easily avoided.

With approximately 28 courts, this is probably the largest badminton facility in the state of Texas. A couple things important for any badminton court are flooring and lighting. The lighting here is good, the shuttle doesn't 'disappear'. Flooring is soft enough, and flat enough. Friendly staff, experienced coaches, nice H2O nourishment center, gift shop, badminton shop, stringing service, shower rooms, etc. Conveniently located near the highway for easy access. Come play and join the fun !

This badminton center is an amazing place to play and train! The courts are well-maintained, and the overall facility is spacious and well-lit, making every game enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is the excellent coaching—trainers are highly skilled, supportive, and dedicated to helping players improve. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, the environment here is welcoming and encouraging. Definitely one of the best places to enjoy badminton.
