The pool and clubhouse have become completely unenjoyable this summer. The constant new rules, restrictions, and over-the-top enforcement have taken all of the fun out of using an amenity that residents pay for. It feels like every time you go to the pool, there is another rule, another restriction, or someone waiting to tell you what you can and cannot do. What used to be a place for families to relax and enjoy the summer now feels overly controlled, stressful, and unwelcoming. I understand the need for reasonable rules, but this has gone way beyond that. The HOA and management have created an environment where residents feel like they are being treated as if they cannot be trusted to follow basic rules. The pool should be an enjoyable community amenity—not a place where families feel constantly monitored and reprimanded. The policies and enforcement this summer have seriously diminished the quality of life and enjoyment of our community. Hopefully, the HOA realizes that residents should actually be able to enjoy the amenities they pay for instead of making them so restrictive that people no longer want to use them.

I find it interesting how everyone here is posting how wonderful and great the service is / the workers are. I have been a member of this place for years and while the majority of the workers are nice , there are a few who are downright mean and just extremely racist and discriminatory. I don’t know their names, but when they talk to a white member they are extremely friendly, say hi, strike up a convo, et cetera. When I come in (as a POC), there are two or three of them, all older women, but they don’t say hi, they make me feel like I’m super unwelcome, I don’t even know their names because they refuse to talk to me. I’ve gone out of my way to be friendly but at this point I just try and get in, do my workout, and then leave. They treat me and my entire family this way. I’ve honestly not gone through too many experiences like this in my life but this employer needs to do some cultural sensitivity training ASAP.

Went here for my most recent birthday! The pools stellar! The way they made a man made beach us also just so awesome! This was si fun it kinda drained my friends and I so we decided to play some table tennis and beach volleyball. You are able to rent balls for free which is lifesaving! The staff is also great, my friends of course hit the ping pong too hard and cracked it. The staff eager to help replaced it and went back to playing! Overall great place to spend your time!

The staff here is amazing. They take great care of the amenities. Special shout out to Emilio. Our son lost something important at the clubhouse and Emilio went above and beyond and found it for him. He is so smart and hospitable. Great team member for this clubhouse! THANK YOU EMILIO!!

I love coming to the Beach & Tennis Club with my family. The pool is awesome, and the new lagoon is amazing! Tons of great parties & events for all holidays. This is a warm, welcoming family environment.
