This gym is a bit out dated compared to other LA fitness i been too. Staff is cool and polite! I just wish gym members would clean up after themselves and also not claim 3 machines at once. Another issue been seeing for a while is machines broken for long periods most I seen was 5 months when it was a simple fix!

Martin’s customer service was extremely unprofessional. From the moment I asked a simple question about my account, he had a rude, dismissive attitude instead of trying to help. What concerned me most was that he discussed my membership information loudly enough for other members to hear, even after I expressed that it should be kept private. No member should have their account information discussed publicly. Throughout the interaction, he laughed, smirked, and acted as though my concerns were a joke. As a manager, I expect professionalism, respect, and leadership. Instead, I felt embarrassed, disrespected, and like my time didn’t matter. A manager represents the entire club, and based on my experience, Martin did not demonstrate the level of customer service or professionalism that members deserve. I hope LA Fitness addresses this behavior seriously.

Just switched from Planet fitness on Summit to this Location, and so far staff are helpful. But the locker room have a lethal smell walking by, and the women’s locker room smells of mildew, mold, and with a hit of chlorine. Locker rooms seem decent but I personally recommend keeping your personal belongings with you and avoid the lockers at all cost. Also wipes run out quick and run out of moisture, so bring your own wipes.

One of the better LA Fitness locations. It’s much cleaner and more organized than most others. Good equipment, and the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are all clean and well maintained. Showers are also clean. Overall, a very good gym 👍

I’ve had a great experience at LA Fitness. The gym is always clean and well maintained, and a big shoutout to Veronica for keeping the place spotless. She is very hardworking, friendly, and always greets people with a smile. Much respect to all the trainers and receptionists for their professionalism and great customer service. And thank you to James as well for being helpful and welcoming. Overall, this is a great gym with an awesome team. Highly recommended!
