I've been coming to this location for years! Staff is great... Unfortunately Jamie is not so well trained in customer service .. I've noticed How she treats customers and personally the times she has helped me she seems rude and unhappy. I shop here 3 times a month so I've noticed this employee right away! Maybe a nicer attitude towards customers will help.

Kohl's store is nice with good prices. But they use capital one for processing their Kohl's credit cards. Interest rates are sky high. Buyer beware

I like to shop at Kohl's sometimes when they have sales or when I have money to do shopping for my family and myself The reason why I went there for this visit was I was returning something from Amazon and it was free for me to take the things I bought from Amazon that I needed to return and I didn't have a box and they were great they did everything for me and I got my refund and life is great

Items I wanted had no tags. Floor staff seemed like they were bothered when I asked for prices. Home decor dept was slim. They still had a lot of Christmas out.

Clean, lines still short, online pick up is a hassle to share with Amazon Point people....but, for 1 week before black friday....they look full, replenished and fully staffed. Even their floor associates still have smiles. For now. My son wants these. ;-)
