The driving range at Jax Beach Golf Club is my favorite spot to work on my game. The setup is great with plenty of hitting stations, a solid putting area, and fun targets to aim at, including a shipwreck out around 145 yards. The range balls and hitting surfaces are always in good shape, which you can't say for every range around here. The staff is friendly and prices are more than fair, so it's easy to swing by whenever I have an hour to spare. Having a spot like this just minutes from home makes it way too easy to sneak in some practice.

Great experience from start to finish. The pro shop staff were friendly and helpful, pace of play was excellent, and the course layout is very forgiving. The maintenance crew clearly takes pride in their work, as the course and greens were in great shape. I would definitely recommend playing here.

This place is awesome. To have a course like this in the middle of a city is a real treat. The layout is beautiful. Water everywhere but still very playable. Greens were excellent. Not the fastest, but in great shape. A couple of the fairways and tees were a little sparse, but overall in great shape. When you combine the location with the price, its going to be hard to beat this golf course. Thanks!

First golf instruction ever by a great instructor and friend at the driving and putting areas. Hit the net even and over the shipwreck boat that is listed at 145 yards multiple times. Had a great time and now I know why it's such an attractive sport to play! Thanks Mr Parker!!!!

We have a foresome of Seniors that had our weekly t time at 11:00 am. We have missed playing the last few weeks due to cold weather. Today was a near perfect windless winter day. Upon arriving at the course and only after arriving, we were informed that the course was closed except for walkers……no carts. That was an impossibility for octogenarians with about 5 bad knees between us. Walkers only for the next 5 days due to cold weather. I guess they were afraid if they went to “cart paths only” there would be frost damage to the cart paths. It made no sense at all and was really maddening to say the least. They seem to have little regard for the citizens of Jax Beach not to mention the lost revenue for the city. This is our MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE and they seem to have grandiose ideas of running it like an exclusive country club. In my opinion someone ought to be fired over this.
