Having moved out of state, I appreciate the exceptional craft, honesty, and fair pricing of this shop more than ever. My wife and I used to bring our racquets here monthly for restringing. I’ve been using Luxilon ALU Power Rough at 52 lbs, and every single time, the string bed tension was perfectly even and held up remarkably well. Even when switching string types or gauges, they executed every order flawlessly at very reasonable prices. After moving to Las Vegas, I faced continuous disappointment at local shops—from being overcharged for wrong gauges to dealing with loose, sagging cross strings. That experience truly opened my eyes to how dedicated and meticulous this shop was with every single string job, all while keeping their prices extremely fair. I highly recommend this shop to any prospective customers who value top-tier stringing quality, honesty, and great value!

I used to come here often as a highschooler. Now that I'm an adult and picking tennis back up as a hobby this place is still the best. The staff really know what they're talking about and will be highly respectful of your choices. Great for all skill levels. Their love for the game really shows here. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations based on your skill level or (lack of) knowledge! This shop is a local staple that should be preserved for OC.

As a challenge to myself I decided to take up a new hobby by taking beginner tennis lessons. I was so scared walking in here as I didn't know what to expect or what tennis gear I would need. But the amount of support, care, and attention I received for wanting to try something new is the reason I will be back! Thank you for making me feel welcomed! Brought my Prince O3 racquet here to get restrung. When I picked it up, I noticed the rubber throat elastomer piece at the 6 o'clock position had been split and broken on the machine. This racquet was being used specifically to cushion an arm injury, and losing that dampening piece defeats the purpose of the frame. When I brought it to their attention, the staff dismissed it and refused to offer any remedy or future labor credit, simply stating that the racquet is "hard to string without the rubber breaking." If a vintage frame carries that much risk, a professional shop should communicate that to the customer before putting it on the tension machine, not use it as an excuse after damaging the equipment. Disappointed in the lack of communication and accountability for a long-time customer.

So thankful I met a fellow tennis fan named Daniel who referred me to Irvine Tennis store. I’m a former touring pro who use to take my rackets to Mission Tennis with recommendation of my colleague Michael Chang , sadly the store closed before covid and I was then taking my rackets and having my students go to PGA superstore in Irvine . Upon Arrival I loved how the store was fully stocked with everything I needed at Irvine Tennis the selection was super , I took my nephews racket to get strung for the first time and they were so helpful and even returned the left over string. Price was only $25 with my own string which is cheapest I have seen so far . Great group of guys working I’m definitely going to start using this store and bringing my students rackets here for repairs and purchases
