I really liked the shuttle to Disney. It is only $7 and very dependable. The check in was simple and fast. I also loved that the hotel has three restaurants. However, there seems to be a plumbing issue at this hotel. I heard noises in the bathroom throughout the night. When I came back from a long day at the parks, I noticed this black water coming out of the sink. The front desk was very helpful and sent someone up right away. It just sucks to spend money at a hotel and it have noticeable plumbing issues. Other than that, I would recommend.

$20 destination fee includes an F&B credit… as long as you have the secret coupon. 😂 I went to guest services a few minutes after checking in, and the kind sir retrieved a card listing the amenities and services which enhance the guest experience from the stack of cards right in front of the other kind sir—the same person who checked us in. Apparently part of the “enhanced guest experience” is a scavenger hunt. Later that night, I got beverages from the deli. The next morning I asked about the credit and was told it only works if you physically hand over the coupon at checkout. Coupon? What coupon? The card was a coupon?!? So unfortunately, that night’s beverages were just a “learning experience” instead of a credit. I even tipped a dollar… so I essentially fully funded my own F&B credit. I thought my room key, reservation, and standing in the hotel deli at 10:30 p.m. might’ve been enough proof that I was, in fact, a guest. 🤷♀️😂

We’ve stayed at the Hyatt Regency Orange County multiple times, and it has always been a great experience for our family. The family suites are spacious and comfortable, and the bunk beds are always a big hit with our kids. They especially loved the view from the window looking down below. The restaurant breakfast was delicious and made the mornings easy for our family. Valet service was also consistently prompt and convenient, which we really appreciated. Overall, this has been a reliable and enjoyable hotel for our family trips, and we would definitely stay here again.
