We had the absolute privilege of staying here after a long flight from Australia - and on Thanksgiving! The staff were truly accommodating and friendly especially given it was a holiday and we were downright frazzled. The room was clean, welcoming and the bed was the most welcome thing we had seen for a while. Our stay (3 days) was a treat. The location was great, the facilities were first rate and everything just happened - no fuss. Would happily recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a stress free stay.

We stayed at the Coral Gables hotel last week and were completely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the courteous valet and check-in staff made us feel welcome. The staff was very efficient and helped with anything I needed very quickly. The lobby is gorgeous—we found every excuse to walk through it. Our king suite was spacious and beautifully designed. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub on the fifth floor, where the architecture is truly impressive. The lounge chairs were comfortable, the pool water was pleasantly warm, and the hot tub was actually hot. We loved the location, and our kids are already begging to return—they’ve declared it their favorite hotel stay yet. I’m already looking to return as a spouse-only trip.

Stayed here for a month during the fifa Worldcup. Everything was great. Particularly the amazing breakfast and the lovely staff at the restaurant. After couple of days they even remembered what each of us liked. The rooms were spacious and location was also good. Many restaurants around the hotel if you wan to try different cuisine.

The hotel is located in one of Miami’s iconic districts, Coral Gables. It is not far from the airport, approximately one to one and a half hours away by taxi or Uber, depending on traffic conditions. The Coral Gables area is easily walkable from the hotel, and the property is also conveniently located near several public transport hubs. Multiple stops of Miami’s well-known Trolley lines are nearby, which are especially popular among tourists. These trolley services are free of charge and connect several parts of the city. The hotel room itself was very good. Unfortunately, we received a north-facing room, so it never really got direct sunlight. However, because we are members, we received an upgraded and larger room with a pleasant view overlooking the pool area. The pool temperature was good, the room was clean and tidy, and the staff were professional, pleasant, and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was very expensive — around 80 dollars for two people. Therefore, if someone does not wish to pay this amount, there are several excellent breakfast places in the neighbouring restaurants for approximately half that price.
