Very disappointing experience at Houston Pickleball Center. Unfortunately, it feels like this place is run by a group of regular customers rather than the staff. If you are new, don’t expect to be treated the same way as the regulars. My friend and I went there to play open play, and we were essentially pushed off the court when it was our turn because a group of regular customers felt entitled to take over. What was even more disappointing was the customer service response—or lack of one. The staff seemed intimidated by the regular group and did not step in to address the situation or enforce the rules fairly. Instead, we were offered a free court outside simply to avoid having a problem with the regular customers. While we appreciated the offer, that is not how a customer should be treated, especially when we were following the rules and had every right to play. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, cliquish, and toxic, particularly for new players. If you aren't part of the regular crowd, you may feel like you don't belong. The experience was frustrating enough that I would not recommend this place to someone looking for a friendly and welcoming pickleball environment. Th

I held an event for the summer interns for my non-profit and this space was perfect. Vivian was so welcoming and engaging and provided us with all of the details we needed. She helped with on-the-spot changes to reservations and was so patient. We were able to order food to the space and ate in the lobby, which was very convenient, as there were tables and chairs. She also mentioned there's a room for parties as well. This place is magnificently ran and very fun! Will be coming for our end of year event as well!

We hosted my baby shower here and could not rave enough how amazing everything was. The staff was super accommodating, everything was clean and new, they had so many courts and we had the best time! We wanted a place that our guest could stay active and HPC was the best choice!

I did lots of research on pickleball facilities for my husband’s (surprise) 40th birthday celebration and landed here, and oh man am I glad I made the right choice!! The facility is great and reasonably priced for parties with dedicated party room (free with our court rentals of 3 courts for 3 hours each) but the owner and the staff blew us away with how friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating they were to our very large party (43 adults and 13 kids). We are already plotting the next event to host here, probably a team event for work of some sort - but the crowd that was here for regular games seemed super friendly and chill as well and we would recommend this facility 1000/100 to anyone looking for a pickleball facility for event hosting or even just join their regular membership and be part of this very cool very chill crowd!

Had a great time. Very nice facility. We had a team building event here and HPC was so accommodating and friendly as usual. Great customer service, great courts, spacious and clean!
