Homewood Suites by Hilton Long Beach Airport

This is the only filthy Homewood Suites I have ever stayed at. We arrived around midnight after driving for three hours with two kids, only to walk up to our room and find the door wide open. When we went inside, the bed was covered in black hair. We were moved to another room down the hall, where we encountered numerous bugs, mainly ants, all over the bathroom sink. The room also reeked so strongly of bug spray that I actually became sick after being in there for about 15 minutes while we tried to figure out what to do. At that point, we were exhausted and had already changed rooms once. The staff tried one more room directly below. Although we did not see any visible bugs in that room, it also smelled overwhelmingly of bug spray. We ultimately decided there was no way we could stay at this hotel and left at 1:15 AM To make matters worse, there were also roaches around the ice machine on the third floor. The gentleman working at the front desk was extremely friendly, apologetic, and helpful. None of this was his fault, and I genuinely appreciated how kind he was during such a frustrating situation. What makes me even more upset is the complete lack of response from management.

We stayed at Homewood Suites recently, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Some of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There’s comfortable seating spread throughout both the lobby and outdoor areas, which made it easy to relax. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Ours came with a kitchen, full-sized fridge, and cutlery, which was perfect for a longer stay. The room was clean on arrival, and the beds were very comfortable too. The gym was great, nicely air-conditioned, lots of equipment, and usually quiet. There was also an outdoor pool area with couches, umbrellas, and plenty of seating. Such a lovely space to wind down in. The complimentary breakfast was probably my favourite part of the stay! There was so much variety!!! breads, bagels, muffins, oats, cereals, savoury options, juices, water, and more. Everything tasted great. If we ever come back to Long Beach, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend 😀🤌🏽

It's been a while since I had a get away. But this was well worth the wait. I am a Hilton member and I love just about all the locations I've been to. But this long beach hide away was so groovy. I think I found my in town hotel forever,🙏😅 this place was so clean and so neat. The staff was amazing. I mean everything went right. The pool heated. The outdoor area immaculate. Just neat and clean everywhere. The breakfast was phenomenal. My hotel room was so damn clean and quite and spacious. The refrigerator was cold. Everything was right. My wife and I had the best time ever here at this location. We trying to become Diamond members. We don't travel a lot or often,but when we do you better believe it's Hilton for the stay. Thank you to that wonderful team that helped my wife and I all weekend. Thank you for your patience and professionalism. I can only give 5 stars. But truth be told this stay was 10 stars easy check outy photos and vids

Pet-friendly, safe area, $20 a night parking. Walking distance from LBexchange. Clean rooms, newer towels & CrabTree & Evelyn shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion (full size) Breakfast was different all three days that we stayed here. It was an easy stay few days here and we really liked it. The only thing tho, we were asked upon check-in if we’ll be utilizing their cleaning services, we said just on Sunday. We took the privacy sign down on Sunday and try e cleaners never came. It’s fine, just wondered what happened. Still an overall good stay. Would recommend this place still.
