I’m currently staying at this hotel for work, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. On my third day of my stay, I found a cockroach in my room and immediately reported it to the front desk before leaving for work. I requested that the room be cleaned while I was gone. Around 3:00 p.m., I received a call asking if I still wanted the room cleaned, which I confirmed. When I returned that evening, the room had still not been serviced. After speaking with the front desk, I was asked to wait in the lobby while housekeeping cleaned the room. I waited about 40 minutes, and no one informed me when it was finished—I eventually went upstairs to check myself. The manager was very apologetic and suggested moving me to a different room, which I appreciated. They also offered complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, after moving all of my belongings into the new room, I found visible trash on the floor and what appeared to be smeared chocolate on the carpet. I reported it, waited another 30 minutes for someone to inspect the room, and the employee who came by told me they personally wouldn’t stay in that room and recommended moving again. Really enjoyed my stay at this Hilton hotel in Stockton. The value for the price was excellent, and the hotel felt clean, comfortable, and much higher quality than expected for the cost. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, and everything felt very convenient and well maintained. One thing I especially loved was the location right by Marshall’s and all the nearby shopping and restaurants. But the biggest bonus for me was the row of Tesla Superchargers right outside. As a Tesla owner, that convenience makes a huge difference. I was able to charge my car for around $10 while gas prices are pushing close to $6 a gallon. That alone made the stay even better. Overall, this hotel offers great affordability, comfort, and convenience all in one place. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Stockton.

This weekend was my 3rd stay and each time the service continues to impress me! Angelica at the front desk excels at customer service, is professional and friendly. I had dinner in the Canal St restaurant, their Waygu burger was unexpectedly so good! Breakfast was buffet style, with many hot and cold choices. There is also another young lady named Angelica serving during in breakfast, she is great! The room was better than the pictures. I prefer to stay on the canal side for a view and enjoy coffee on the balcony. I highly recommend Hilton Stockton if you are in town looking for a great hotel.
