My wife and I were had our wedding reception here at the Six Flags Hilton Garden Inn and it was such a fun and stress free experience. We got so much support and assistance from our event coordinator Imee De Los Santos. She stayed in touch with us and walked us through all the necessary steps to ensure that we got exactly what we needed and wanted for our wedding reception. She even gave us a very nice room with a special welcome gift. The price was very reasonable and our guest really enjoyed themselves with the block rate that Imee provided all of our guest. We are truly grateful for all of the hard work that the Hilton Staff put in to make this day the successful and memorable experience that it was.

Comfortable and staff are kind and helpful. 5 stars for the folks who work here. Some inconsistencies though with amenities. More of an issue with ownership/management? On the site the room was booked through, the actual Hilton website, and QR code information in the room all said free wifi, free parking, and in room dining. None of which are true. There isn't any in room dining, they charge you $15 a day to park in their own lot (This is stated nowhere only find out when you arrive on site), and you must be a Hilton member to get wifi, and even then it's slow. Only good for emails, messages, and the like. You must pay for faster wifi $4.95 a day. Not a bad place to stay, just wish they gave what is advertised. Also FYI restaurant closed for dining on Sundays. Make other plans for food that day.

This was our second time staying at this location and our experience both times was great, however Danyelle at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we discovered our room key wasn’t working, she quickly took care of our issue and handled the demands of the phone and other guests efficiently without making us wait long at all. Her multitasking abilities and friendliness stood out!! Then Anna was very welcoming and accommodating at breakfast the next morning (even though the hotel was out of bacon and sausage) she politely apologized and offered alternatives which were satisfying to us. We love this location because it’s right off the highway but now also because the staff is very polite and welcoming. We will be back on our future travels.
