I can't say enough things about this place. My favorite part was the pool ( two pools and jacuzzi ) stays open til midnight indoors as well as outdoors!!! The restaurant generally close at 11pm. The place was so spacious we never felt like it was at full capacity but it was all four days. The staff was nice. The housekeeping was immaculately clean every where we went. The thread count on the linens were the highest I'd ever seen. So soft I slept like a baby. The spacious walk trails, the gigantic lake and pickleball (tennis) courts made it feel like a resort, With beach vibes and las Vegas style service!

The hotel was very nice! Loved the rooms and the staff were very helpful. The shuttles did take a little time but in all it made transportation very easy. My problem came in with the front desk and the managers. They made me put a physical card down for incidentals even though they had a card because my roommate booked the room and I did it because they said it would be just for incidentals and it would be returned to me after check out. The day before check out, I realized they charged me the $45 for incidentals on top of $325 for the total room. My roommate went to speak with them and they claimed they released the money and I'd get it back. She gave them a card and supposedly that was it. I made sure to clean the room and everything before check out but forgot an something of mine which led to me calling them and them telling me they couldn't find my object (lies) and there was a balance on the room. I reached out my roommate and we figured something out to pay the rest of the balance. They even sent a receipt once it was paid. They were so positive that they "initiated a return" for the $45 and the $325 but that was Sunday morning... today is Friday. My bank said there's no ref

Breakfast was very good and the staff was very good at breakfast and that’s the only good thing I can say about this hotel. We arrived on Saturday we were informed about the power outage that they were gonna have in the middle night on Sunday, which we were fine with. We were heads up on that.. First day there was a lot of outside drinking at the pools inside and outside people bringing coolers in And giving him to people that should not be drinking. We informed the staff and they informed us that no outside alcohol should be there when I said how come people are doing that in their own staff could see him doing it and no one saying anything. They said it was taken care of in 20 minutes later. There was still one of the same people drinking that was in there before not only that we are very sure that these people weren’t staying at the hotel because we saw them a few minutes later when it was closing. Walking out to their car with the cooler to leave. That shows that security in this place is very lax for this type of hotel to be that way. I’m pretty sure there was a lot of people in the pool area that did not stay in that hotel. We went to the bar the night that the power was gonn
