Be prepared for very slow PoP here. Played Saturday (6/27/26) and it took 1hr40min to play the F9; took another hour to finish putting out on the 13th green before deciding to walk off without finishing the round. Course management needs to figure out their tee time spacing knowing a lot of beginners play this course, especially on weekends. Course conditions otherwise were as expected for a muni (6/10), not bad-not great. Appreciated the tee boxes were off grass instead of mats. Course highlight was their greens (7.5/10), rolled fast and true even with heavy foot traffic. Did not use range so cannot comment on range facility/mats/balls.

Great local course. Conditions are pretty good, obviously not country club level but therein lies the charm. Smaller par 3 course but challenging in its nature. Lots of trees, a couple water holes and a restroom on 5. Night golf available, lights are so so. One of my favorites.

Stopped in for a bucket of balls. I used to use American Golf courses all the time and had a $50.00 on my range card (which was some green token device). It's been a minute since I visited but the pro shop guy said the token had been wiped out at some point. So paid $8.00 for a pretty small bucket of balls. Edited review- after posting this the GM reached out to me to fix this. How cool is that? They replaced my token and took care of me. What a great company to work with and I really appreciate the effort to address this for me. Looking for a great 18 hole par 3? Heartwell is your place to go!!

I was surprisingly impressed with the condition of Heartwell golf course. I have not played this course for probably fifteen years. But we used to play it every week In a league and for fun for years. Now The sand traps are filled with sand and not cement like many of the other southern California public courses and the greens were surprisingly fast. Little Bumpy, but much better than some of the other Southern California public courses. For a course that has a lot of hackers and young children that really don't know the rules of Golf and etiquette play was fairly quick. So I was pleasantly surprised, I'll be back.

Great place to practice golf! This driving range is very clean and well-maintained. Since they have lights, you can comfortably play even at night. Prices are reasonable 100 balls for $20, 70 balls for $16, plus medium and small bucket options (40 balls). Just pay at the cashier, get your code, and pick up the balls at the machine. The range has around 25 mats, and it’s usually less busy on weekdays. We normally go around 4–5 PM; it gets a little crowded, but you can still find a spot within 10 minutes. Overall, a really nice and convenient place to practice your swing!
