If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I arrived with my family and immediately regretted my decision to book this hotel. The parking lot was dirty, and the property is located directly off the highway. Upon entering, the hotel appeared old, run-down, and unclean. I also observed other guests whose behavior made me believe they were under the influence of drugs, which made my family and me feel unsafe. I informed the front desk that I did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The attendant, Callie, rolled her eyes and told me I would need to speak with the manager, Courtney Scivally, regarding a refund. I spent four days calling and emailing Courtney before finally receiving a response. Rather than showing any concern for my experience or attempting to resolve the issue, she denied my refund request. The lack of responsiveness, empathy, and willingness to address legitimate safety concerns reflects poorly on the level of customer service and management at this property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here, especially for families.

There are so many other hotels to stay at in the area. Don't waste your time at this one. I wish I could've written a better review, but management refused to make things right. Won't even off the SLIGHTEST bit of compensation after the following issues occurred during our stay - Pool unavailable - A/c broken in 1st room (had to move rooms) - Microwave didn't work in 1st room - Multiple ice machines in the hotel were out of order - 1st room had dirty sheets on the pullout couch - Random dog wandering the lobby and hallways (I know it is a pet friendly hotel, but they should not be left unaccompanied) - no manager on site all weekend - Saturday there was only one gentleman at the front desk dealing with loads of problems and he informed me he was alone and only had 1 month experience (not his fault, someone should've been there) - Toilet handle was broken in our first room - Soap dispenser was falling in our second room - Baseboards were falling off in both rooms thus exposing staples (I had 3 little kids with me. Not ok) - Outlets were missing from our second room leaving giant holes in the bedside tables. Over all a horrible stay. Would like to say something better, but again, ma

Clean rooms that look almost like they are brand new. Very comfortable bedding. Great hot breakfast with multiple choices like bacon sausage and eggs as well as biscuits and gravy oatmeal bagels and sweet bread. The coffee was also extremely good. Service was exceptional. The front desk workers were kind and thoughtful. We appreciated their interaction with us.

Room felt very clean. Beds are comfortable. It took a little while to get the room temperature down to where we like it but overall it was fine. We got there late so parking was a bit limited. Breakfast selection was a nice bread with plenty cheese from for the picky eaters and your family. Easy access off major interstate.
