Goldfish is great! One of my favorite things about them is their customer service, which has been exceptional. Every time I call, text, or speak to someone in person, they are kind, friendly, positive, upbeat, and understanding. I agree with other reviews that Shaun is amazing. My son loves the pool and seeing Bubbles the Goldfish everywhere (and the turtle). The class sizes are small (6 students in Mini classes) and well-paced. The water is very warm and the instructors are encouraging and understanding. My son mostly just wants to play with the balls and barbell floatie so we like that toys are incorporated. The whole facility is very cute and clean. They have plenty of dressing rooms and bathroom stalls, a vanity with hairdryers, cotton swabs, and hair ties, showers on the pool deck with body wash, a fish tank, and a kids table with magnatiles, crayons, and blocks. They have a lot of membership options (month to month, seasonal packages, etc) and have been very easy to reschedule with when needed. Parking can be limited in the evenings because of the surrounding businesses so plan accordingly. Happy swimming!

Bringing our daughter to Goldfish Swim school has been the best investment! Her confidence has skyrocketed and all her teachers have been exceptional. Their attention to detail, kindness and consistency allowed my daughter who is a bit shy to blossom & feel comfortable! The facilities are clean and well kept! Swim force has been the best next step for her now that she finished all the steps! Excited to start my son here as well in the coming months.

Goldfish Swim School has been an incredible experience for my daughter.When she first started, she had almost no swimming skills. Thanks to the amazing instructors and supportive environment, she has grown so much and is now part of the Swim Force team. Seeing her confidence and abilities improve has been truly amazing for our family. The school creates a very welcoming atmosphere where families feel comfortable and supported. The staff and trainers are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about the children’s progress. They take the time to encourage each swimmer and make learning fun while still focusing on strong technique and safety. One thing we especially appreciate is the review sessions at the end of each class where they go over progress and discuss goals. It helps parents stay informed and allows the kids to feel proud of their achievements while continuing to improve. Overall, Goldfish Swim School is a wonderful swim program that helps children build confidence, develop real swimming skills, and enjoy being in the water. We are very grateful for the positive impact it has had on my daughter and highly recommend it to any family looking for a great swim school.

We’ve been with Goldfish Swim School since opening day, and this place truly means so much to our family. As a parent of a child with autism, finding activities where my son feels safe, understood, and included is not always easy. But from day one, the entire team here has gone above and beyond to make that happen. They are patient, kind, and genuinely care. They took the time to learn who my son is, respected his needs, and created an environment where he feels comfortable and confident in the water. Seeing him enjoy something that once felt overwhelming has been incredibly emotional for me. What makes this place even more special is how personal everything feels. The staff knows my son, checks in on him, and truly listens to us as parents. Raj and Sean, the managers, are amazing. They always make sure we’re okay, keep us updated on our kids’ progress, and are so supportive when it comes to scheduling and any concerns we have. This is more than just a swim school to us, it’s a place where my kids are seen, supported, and celebrated. Truly exceptional. Highly recommend.

We’ve had an incredible experience at Goldfish Swim School with our 4 year old twins, and what stands out the most is the team. From day one, the staff has been kind, caring, and genuinely happy to be there. You can feel it the moment you walk in. The facility is also beyond clean, and the viewing area is hands down the best I’ve seen. The massive glass window lets you feel like you’re right there in the water with your child, which makes a huge difference as a parent. What means the most to me personally is how they’ve worked with my son, who is level 3 autistic and absolutely loves the water. Their lead instructor, Norma, is truly exceptional. She specializes in working with children on the spectrum, and it shows. She is patient, calm, and incredibly positive, even when my son’s behavior can be a lot at times. She meets him exactly where he is, and it gives me a level of peace of mind that’s hard to put into words. She is a 10 out of 10 with kids. At the same time, my other 4 year old has progressed through four levels in just six months and is now swim safe, which speaks to how effective their program is.
