This place is about selling overpriced lots with a plastic wrapper. The HOA dues are insane, the neighborhood is gross & the entire vibe is fake success.

What a beautiful community all around! Thankful my family gets to enjoy living here. Stellar attention to detail was applied in renovations and improvements. Excellence continues in services and amenities (including but not limited to the gym, clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball courts, the app, etc.) available to us as residents.

Big fan of the course and the condition. Really good muffins at the turn. Great club house and facilities. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One of my favorite places to golf in Florida, fun playable course.
