Extremely disappointing experience with GB3. I had ongoing issues with customer service and the way I was treated while trying to resolve my membership and freeze my account. What should have been a straightforward customer-service matter became increasingly difficult and confrontational. During this time, I was dealing with significant physical limitations, including paralysis and severe pain. GB3 was aware of my circumstances, yet I felt there was very little consideration or compassion for what I was dealing with. What concerns me most is what happened after I raised concerns about how I was being treated. Rather than working with me to resolve the situation, I was ultimately told that I was abused AND retaliated by GB3 abusing ethical business practices. The timing of this decision is extremely concerning, and I believe I was treated unfairly after speaking up about my experience. Customers should be able to raise legitimate concerns about their membership and customer service without feeling that they will be punished for doing so. I expected professionalism, consistency, and basic consideration, particularly given the circumstances I had communicated to the gym. I am ext

white boy and curly hair girl in the front are so rude. they need to pipe down they attitude. so demanding and need to worry about themselves. if i step away to get a drink or use the restroom IF THERE IS A LINE doesn’t mean im not checking in. overall as a women i can’t ever go near the sauna because all the creepy old men. they stay in there and just stare when a women enters.

The gym is cool and has a really solid setup for getting a good workout in. I especially like going in the mornings because there aren’t a lot of people, which makes it easier to move through my routine without waiting. The atmosphere feels focused and calm early in the day, and it helps me start things off on the right note. If you go to the other GB3 location, there tend to be a lot more people, so this one feels more comfortable overall. There’s plenty of free weights and machines, so you can mix things up whether you’re doing strength training or just a quick lift. The equipment is well spaced, which makes the gym feel open instead of crowded. Overall, it’s a great place to work out and stay consistent.

First time to this gym. I am a Marine in San Diego and am a member of Equinox in La Costa. I know this is not to the same level as Equinox, however, I would expect a gym of this caliber to be hospitable and professional. Brian at the front did not demonstrate that. As matter of fact he was rude to both me and my uncle. I had a good workout, and the equipment the gym offered was sufficient and had good variety. If I were a member here it would be nice to see more organization with weights from one member being curious and getting it ready for the next member, could be as simple as a trainer on floor either asking a member politely or taking the initiative in doing it themselves. Great gym, I've been going to the Herndon and pain GB3 for several years now. The facility is always immaculate, the staff take a lot of price in making the place spotless, even vacuuming while you're working out, lol, I appreciate the attention to detail. Very supportive management team and staff is really nice and friendly. There's tons of equipment for every type of workout you want to do, boxing bags , pool, sauna , steam room, this location has it all , right behind the gym there is a hidden trail you should definitely check out 😎
