Gathering Oaks Retreat was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the moment we booked, the communication was exceptional. Rebekah was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process, which made everything so much less stressful. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The property is so well maintained, and the scenery created the most perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Every corner of the venue is stunning, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous everything was. We truly had the best day ever at Gathering Oaks and couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else. We are so thankful for everyone at The Gathering Oaks for helping make our wedding so special. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with amazing service, I can't recommend Gathering Oaks enough!

We had a great time at the Gathering Oaks property! This was the second year we've hosted our annual summit there, and once again, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and the team is always willing to help and accommodate our needs. They truly made our stay enjoyable, productive, and memorable. We hosted our company’s end-of-year celebration at Gathering Oaks, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness of the installations was remarkable, and every space felt thoughtfully prepared. Rebekah, the property manager, was outstanding, her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made everything feel effortless. The catering recommendations were spot-on and elevated our event even more. We had a truly superb experience and highly recommend this hidden jewel to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-run place to gather.

This was an absolutely lovely property to have our daughter’s outdoor wedding and reception. It was so special to get to have family and close friends stay at the property with us! Everything was immaculate and communication was excellent. Thank you Rebekah and Lacy for making this weekend so very special!

Our family reunion at this retreat house was absolutely wonderful! The home was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed to relax, reconnect, and make beautiful memories together. From the cozy bedrooms to the inviting common areas and outdoor space, every part of the property felt like it was made for family gatherings. A special thank you to Rebekah, the property manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
