Parking was easy. Shoet walk to the arena. Plenty of doors to get in the arena. Easy access to the facilities. Stairs were easy to navigate. Chairs were comfortable enough. Overall a very pleasant experience.

First time attending the rodeo at the South Texas State Fair. The arena is larger than expected but still give a close up view of the event. There is two elevators on the right after entering through the VIP enterence area. Otherwise there is a three colume stairs of about 30-40 steps or so to get to the seating for spectating. Plenty of concession stand booth, hardly any lines during the evening rodeo show on Sunday. Lots of availability for seating and have designated reserve seating area. Overall good venue and plenty of parking.

We've been to a couple concerts, Monster Jam, and most recently Cirque Du Soleil. The venue itself is pretty decent for it being in Beaumont and not having the bigger names come through. Staff are friendly. Concessions are easy to get to and priced decent. Parking is pretty easy in and out (when people are playing nice). Definitely a good experience every time and have no real complaints.

Went for the Monster Nation event and what a great experience. Parking was simple and the arena was clean along with the event being well organized. No complaints here and we plan on going back to Ford Arena a few more times.
