Clean sheets and towels, but bathroom sink, toilet and shower dirty. Sink had whiskers where someone shaved. Toilet still had stains from previous use.. And dirty towels on floor in bathroom under sink area. Dirtiest bathroom I have ever been in at a hotel. Alsoz, no body wash in shower. Had shampoo and conditioner, but no body wash or soap. Gentleman working front desk at night very friendly and polite. But upon check out waited 7 to 10 minutes for someone to show up to give key. When woman showed up, never apologized for keeping me and another man waiting for so long. Came from kitchen area. This was 11:40 a.m. Do not recommend.

After a 12-hour drive, the last thing I wanted to deal with was a reservation issue. I had originally booked my stay from Tuesday through Friday, but I arrived a day early on Monday. James and Gabe T. at the front desk immediately jumped in, worked together, and quickly adjusted my reservation without any hassle. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. That level of customer service is truly appreciated, especially after a long day on the road. A sincere thank you to James and Gabe T. for making my check-in so easy. It’s employees like you who make guests feel welcomed and valued. I truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding service!

Upon arrival we were told they ran out of bottled water. Not a huge deal but inconvenient considering we were told it wasn't safe to walk anywhere to get water. I noticed the pool was out of order on the way to my room too. At 1 am someone attempted to open my door and succeeded until the dead bolt caught it. They were obviously given a key to my room and were banging the door back and forth until I was able to answer it. It was a little startling after being told the neighborhood was so dangerous that I couldn't walk to buy water. Thanks to that and being a little dehydrated I got about 3 hours of sleep. I decided to get up at 4 am since I couldn't sleep and found that there wasn't any hot water. After running the shower for nearly 10 min the best it got was less cold. I jumped in to deal with the cold shower and was welcomed with something in the corner of the shower that appeared to be mold and gunk, and a sweet little pubic hair on the rail above the soap dispenser. There was also black mold visible in the overflow drain in the sink. The room was small but appeared generally clean until going to shower so I'm giving it a 2, but I definitely won't be staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel for a baseball tournament this weekend. We were a little nervous considering mixed reviews. I’m happy to report we had an awesome stay. Our room was spotless, smelled nice , fresh, clean linens were on the beds, the ice box was the coldest I have ever had when traveling, and the AC worked awesome as I like it very cold when I sleep. We were greeted when we arrived and back when we returned at night. The lady that was cleaning rooms was very friendly when we shared the elevators. Typical free breakfast spread, everything was fresh. The pool was down but wasn’t the end of the world. This is an older hotel but it’s in really good shape. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
