ERA is a great place for pickleball players who enjoy competitive games and open play. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I have visited ERA about 4–5 times, and overall I have enjoyed playing there. However, on Monday, June 8, around 6:00 PM, I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist. She was not friendly, did not greet customers, and never smiled. A welcoming attitude would make a much better impression on visitors.

Update: You would then also notice the coffee shop actually supplied me with soap so I could go wash my hands. It may not be your team member’s responsibility, but it sure is yours as the owner. I went to visit this location and there was no soap in the bathrooms. I let the lady at the front know and she said okay. I asked if there was soap to replace so I could wash my hands and she said she doesn’t take care of the bathrooms. I asked if she had soap so I couple at least replace it or put it in there and she “ know anything about it.” That means to tell me anyone playing there that uses the restroom does not properly wash their hands in the facility. Major health concern.

We've been involved in the pickleball community around the Houston area for a while now, and any and every tournament we've played in, has been great. I know there can be delays, and certain games and divisions run a little longer than expected, but because of the way the owners and employees make you feel, you quickly forget about it. The team at ERA makes you feel like family. They are warm, inviting, and you don't feel like just a number in the system. They are open to new suggestions and try to accommodate their patrons, as much as possible. We appreciate and really care for team ERA!!

ERA Pickleball Indoor is an absolute gem! It’s the perfect spot for families looking to have a blast together while staying active. The facility is super clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, you’ll find the courts and atmosphere top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the whole place feels safe and positive. Great for kids, adults, and even grandparents—everyone can join in the fun. Highly recommend for a day of laughter, exercise, and quality time!

Simply THE BEST place in the area to play Pickleball indoor!!! Amazing staff and pros there, they are always close to the players, informing, caring, giving advice, recommendations… they make you feel so comfortable there. They are creating a wonderful players community with their multiple open plays, tournaments, leagues… great ambient! And of course, the facilities look so good, nice bathrooms, chill&rest area, pro shop… 👍🏻
