The quality of the members at this gym really needs improvement. A woman spoke to me very loudly and even made a “shush” gesture at me. Who do you think you are? Just because you’re 20 or 30 years older than me doesn’t mean I automatically owe you respect. We’re all equal here, and we’re all paying to use this gym. What gives you the right to treat me like that? But I like the gym other part 💕 thank you for all the staffs they are polite and always keep here clean.

I’ve been an Equinox member for over five years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Before rejoining, I spoke with Amanda and was clearly told that I could cancel my membership at any time. Based on that assurance, I reactivated my membership. My account was later placed on hold for 2 month due to my travel schedule, and when I requested to cancel, I was still charged for an additional month. This directly contradicted what I had been told. Despite explaining my prior conversation, Nancy Teweles refused to honor it, which was frustrating and left me feeling misled. Beyond the billing issue, this location is noticeably below the standard of other Equinox clubs I’ve visited. Evening classes are often chaotic, with little to no management present to monitor capacity or enforce reservations. Classes like Precision Run and strength training are frequently overcrowded, with people attending who did not reserve a spot. It creates a poor experience for members who follow the rules. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the customer service, particularly Nancy’s communication and unwillingness to honor the commitment I was given by Amanda. After more than five years as a

As soon as you Make the commitment to yourself to continue taking care of yourself and improving your fitness by joining this gym, see Tammy Smith. She is outstanding professional encouraging, mindful knowledgeable experienced. You can see her just once, which is free and you can see her after that if you want some assistance with your personal program further. You can see her if you’re just beginning, we can see her if you are advanced. This gym is unmatched. It is not perfect. It never will be. and it is outstanding. See Tammy Smith you won’t regret it.

I love the sauna and steam room and the spa feeling. I find I don’t need to plan spa days because everyday can be a spa day after your workout! Love the lemon water they offer as well after workouts feels great. Overall great, would be even better if the cafe smoothie bar reopens which I think they plan to do.

The 70 and 75 lb dumbbells have been missing from the roof for at least two years. There is only one adjustable bench on the roof and it’s halfway broken. Sauna rarely is at the standard of 180 degrees. A month or two of my membership fees could fix a lot of the issues here so I don’t know how nothing is being done about these things. The building that this gym is in is perfect but it feels like there could be a lot more attention to detail from whoever is in charge of that. Some of these problems are so obvious it’s puzzling why nothing is being done.
