For the cost of this gym I am definitely disappointed and frustrated with the hours they need to be more flexible I work long days and never have time to do a full work out before they are telling me they’re closing soon or not even open at all they seem to always be closed days before an actual holiday…… a gym that has Sundays closed is a bit ridiculous and Saturdays the hours are 1-4????? Once again for the price of this gym don’t charge me for a year membership if yall are not even open majority of the year . THEY NEEEEEEED BETTER HOURS !!!!!!

For a gym that charges members as much as it does, there's no excuse for such limited access. They're closed on SUNDAYS , most of SATURDAYS weekends, ! which is when most people have the time to work out. They're also closed on holidays, and even the day before some holidays On top of that, the Wi-Fi is practically USELESS. It's advertised as an amenity available to us but it doesn't work anywhere in the building . Horrible Epic Gym Do better. There’s no reason why right next-door the waterpark is open morning to night 7 days a week. . FRIDAY THEY ALSO CLOSE EARLY LIKE WHAT??? Do better .

This place COULD be great, but with the amount of activities they have going on and with the Waterpark right next door you have to hike a mile just to get to the gym! We love the indoor walking track, but feel they could deff add more benches in the weight area. Not enough for the amount of people who attend. I've gone at all different times of the day and have only been able to get on a bench 2 times out of the 4 months weve been going!

Steve was so great and helpful with his cart helping us transport our stuff to the explore room. He was proactive in looking for our party to help out. The rest of the staff was amazing as well but Steve was absolutely exceptional

Some of the amenities are cool. But when signing up they don't mention the child care cost. Made it seem like it was included. The facility is practically run by a bunch of teenagers on their phones in childcare or other areas. Today the big kids room was closed in the am when it should have been open. We had to leave. You ask the young kids questions and it seems like they are inconvenienced. The kids rooms stink like old milk or water. I had 4 kids in karate, dance, parents night out and other art activities. The last straw was the rude teenagers working the courts in the evenings. My daughter went to play volleyball the other night and forgot to take her shoes. She had some foam runners. They kicked her off immediately and told her she wasn't allowed. She asked if she could stay this one time since she drove out. They told her no that the rules said court shoes. She had to drive back home. I feel they could have made a courtesy exception once with a warning. I had our membership for a few years now, but too many issues now. I'm not going to pay to watch them be on their phones while working but it's bad that my daughter gets puts rules on her immediately.
