I booked last minute bc of a family member in the hospital. I was very excited for this hotel as embassy suites used to be really nice. I appreciate management accommodating me for a second night, despite a really big concert Saturday night and a holiday weekend. That's where the praise ends. Ordered fish and chips at the bar, expecting and wanting basic food service fillets, so minimal expectations. It took over 30 minutes and was raw. Cost like $20. The whole menu was at least $20 and I'm going to guess disappointing. The breakfast wasn't great at all, no fresh waffles but the omelet chef was ok. My veggies in it weren't cooked though. AC wonky in room and no hot water, regardless of time of day. $10 parking per night but you often have to park by the restaurant next door. Pretty lobby and very nice sized rooms. That's about it.

What can I say? Embassy Suites are one of my favorite hotels to stay because they’re service is pretty consistent, and the El Paso location, being in my home town, is no exception. An absolute great place for my staycations. Staff is always very accommodating and the rooms are always spotless and extremely comfortable. Don’t forget about the free hot breakfast and welcome drinks! Sits nearly in between the airport and downtown, so plenty of things close by for food and shopping. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

The hotel was great. Service was great. Everything was great up until the day we left about an hour out from leaving the hotel. We realized that we left the PS five portable. I immediately called hotel and they said that housekeeping had already cleaned and they would ensure to check with them later they called me back stating that they didn’t find anything in the room, but I know for a fact that it was inside the room on the TV we meant to run back in and grab it, but it was 5 o’clock in the morning. We had a ton of kids with us and two pets as we were moving and it just slipped our mind until we got to the first gas station about an hour out from El Paso it’s very disheartening that it wasn’t able to be returned and still holding onto hope that they call me stating that they found it, I know it was in the hotel I know we should have double checked just sucks there are people out there that keep stuff they find.

Great hotel!! We love the spaciousness of the suite rooms, ours was a 1 bedroom so our son could have his space. It was clean, especially the pull out couch. No crumbs or dirt falling out when it was getting set up. Room had all amenities, the microwave is in French which gave us all a chuckle! Breakfast in the morning has a good selection: waffles, cereal, Oatmeal, fruits, eggs/potatoes, and an omelette bar. Please help the staff and clear your table, it helps everyone to have a clean place to eat and takes no time. No one is entitled here ;). The indoor pool and hot tub are very clean and the temperatures in both are perfect! We spent alot of time there this trip. They do provide pool towels and there are restrooms inside the area for your convenience. With the rooms facing in, it gives off a community vibe, which we like. The glass elevators give a nice view on the rides up to the 7 other floors! This will be our go to hotel anytime we stay in El Paso!
