Recently visited Elite Rally Badminton. On the plus side, parking was very convenient and the courts are spacious with good layout. Regarding the interior environment, I found the ventilation to be average, though thankfully it did not feel stuffy during play. However, I encountered several issues with their pricing and policies that significantly impacted my experience. First, there is a $0.50 credit card surcharge. While not a huge sum, it is always disappointing to see a business pass on their transaction processing costs directly to the customer. More significantly, I was frustrated by the mandatory $1 First-Time Setup Fee for a club card. The justification for this fee, according to their notes, is that "A club card is required to use the queue system". Essentially, this is a cost the business has incurred—installing a system to prevent fare evasion, facilitate facility management, and automate the queuing process—that they are directly passing on to the customer as an additional fee. This is a classic "overhead cost" (fixed operational cost) that should be absorbed by the business, not charged as a line item to the customer. As a one-time casual player (walk-in) who just want

The sport environment is really nice. Air is really fresh and there is also air condition. Good place to play badminton.

Bad customer service, the attitude of the staff member at front desk was extremely rude and impatient. Their tone made it seem like customers were not welcome. This is completely unacceptable for a professional sports facility. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and respectful communication. This experience seriously affected my impression of your facility and ruined what should have been an enjoyable time.

This badminton facility is well-maintained and clean, making it a great place to play. The courts are in good condition, and the equipment is professional. The atmosphere is also nice—not too crowded, and people are generally friendly and focused on their games. I also found a good selection of badminton gear at their shop and was able to get a pair of shoes and a racket that fit my needs.

This gym boasts superior flooring over other facilities. Their entry fee is somewhat substantial at approximately $15, with an additional $1 card fee if the first visit is made. The front desk staff is really nice. Should you choose to utilize a credit card, a card fee will be incurred as well. They offer a restroom and shower facility. Additionally, they incorporate an air filter into the gym. However, the temperature remains somewhat elevated during the summer. I observe a slight deterioration in the flooring, which has begun to wear out. Their membership has been in operation for less than three months. Their membership initiation was last week, but the subscription fee is significantly higher than $398 for a six-month period, or $98 per month. This is quite surprising. Update 9/20/24 - Today was kind of bad. All courts are almost reserved, and only 2 or 3 courts open for walk-in play. If you are 1 person, you are out of luck. Most courts already have a group of people waiting. Their reservation system is not user-friendly. They don't put any notice on the court said reservation from what time to when. Only put the reserved sign and tell you to go their website to see which cou
