If you like warm beers this is your place! Bartender gave us warm beers and when I let her know she opened cold ones and tried to charge me for them! Told her to take em back and she said it was because they were selling out and other excuses! She literally wasted opened cold beer instead of swapping them with our warm beers. Extremely poor service and I'm never coming back. The pool table had a waitlist and there was several unoccupied tables! Music is also club loud if that's your thing, not me. Do not come here for casual pool. So many better place to go.

They stole money from me. I went with friends a couple days ago. I bought 2 coronas for $15.36. Yes, those are expensive coronas. The bartender did not offer me limes, I had to return to the bar to get them, I tipped $1 for the 2 coronas. I received my credit card notification that said I’d tipped around 95% for my 2 drinks. The bartender that worked on 6/18/26 between 6-8pm gave herself a $14.54 tip on a $15.36 bill. My card was charged $29.90. I expect this to be made right.

I hate to leave a negative review because we’ve been regulars here for a while and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service, but our most recent experience was really disappointing. We came in expecting the usual free pool on Sundays/Mondays, as it’s always been in the past. Nothing was mentioned when we arrived, and we went ahead and played on two tables like we normally do. It wasn’t until we received our checks that our server informed us they had just decided this week to stop offering free pool on those days due to people not buying drinks. The frustrating part is that we are not those customers—we always buy drinks and tip well, and we’ve never had an issue before. If there was a policy change, it should have been clearly communicated upfront. Being told after the fact feels misleading. To make matters worse, when we spoke to the manager, we were told free pool hasn’t been offered for the past two months—which is simply not accurate, as we were there last week and were not charged. The manager was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in resolving the situation or even acknowledging the confusion. It’s unfortunate because the service itself is usually good and we do

Remodel absolutely sucks, there’s no pool tables now. The scene is just kids at a table not playing. What was the point of making this pool hall more a club scene? Get rid of those tables on the stage and put some pool tables. Highly recommend not going here you’ll have better luck getting a table if you make the drive to flying walrus or eddies. The girls are great their service such a shame this place isn’t what it used to be anymore.

Very spacious! Plenty of pool tables available. So many big screen, would probably be a great place to watch a game. Smoking is allowed indoors. Free pool with purchase of drink on Sundays
