Very poor communication. I enrolled my daughter in an 8-lesson swimming class. Unfortunately, due to lightning, classes on Monday (7/6) and Tuesday (7/7) of the second week were canceled by staff. We received an email stating that Tuesday’s canceled class would be refunded, but there was no mention of Monday’s canceled class. It’s now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received any refund.I’ve called multiple times but get send to voicemail and even emailed Ellie Greene, but I haven’t received any response. The lack of communication has been very disappointing. My daughter enjoyed the classes, but we did not receive the full package we paid for, and no one has addressed our concerns. Because of this experience, we’ll be looking elsewhere for future swimming lessons.

Grandson took beginners lessons for 1 session (8 lessons). He can swim safely now. Very happy.

This is the best place for swim lessons! I wish we had started here sooner. My son was terrified to get in the water and after only 2 seasons he is swimming. Jumping in, not afraid at all anymore. They start with infants!!

Myself and both of my daughters swim with ETA. Coaches are excellent, facility is fantastic (10-lane, 25-yard w/blocks). Be patient with getting signed up; volunteer-run organization. Love our swim family! They have programs from learning-to-swim all the way through adult (incl. league/competitive).
