It's your average driving range. The staff is friendly and they have a decent snack bar. The range provides mats to hit from but you'll need to bring your own tee for the mats. The putting green is nice. Usually 4 holes and no chipping. Parking can get crowded on the weekends but there is plenty of overflow parking at the school nextdoor.

The Deadmiller golf range is just five minutes from my house, which is its biggest advantage. When I go there after work, the best I can do is arrive 10–20 minutes before the ball dispenser close. However, sometimes there are no balls, or the counter is even closed, so I just have to leave. The worst part is that, even though Google says they close at 7 PM on Mondays and 8 PM on other days, last Monday they actually started collecting the remaining balls at 6:45 PM. The reason I couldn’t finish hitting all the balls that day was that there were no balls in the machines, and I had to wait for them to be retrieved, which wasted my time.

This review is just for the driving range. I had a membership at Coyote Hills but after they increased their pricing ($85/mo?), I went to find a cheaper place that was still decent and Dad Miller is it. At $45/mo with lights at night, it's a great deal for anyone local looking to hit a few balls without too long of a wait. Peak times are probably weekdays after 6pm and weekends. I tend to go either at lunch or around 4:30pm and haven't waited over 10 minutes. My photos don't show it but in the past month or so, they also added barriers between each bay. The mats were of fine quality to me but I chatted with another golfer and they weren't as happy about it so that just depends on the person. I've been fortunate enough to mostly come here during off-peak hours but I've been a few times during peak hours too and notice the issues that other people might be referring to. There are sometimes people who will hit bucket after bucket with no etiquette despite others waiting for a bay. There will also be people resting a little too long on the sidelines while still taking up a bay. Went to the driving range Saturday morning. Wait time of 1.5-2 hours before a mat opened up due to a number of issues: 1) The ball dispenser was out of balls for ~15 minutes so multiple mats were unused while people lined up for balls 2) Multiple mats were occupied by groups of Koreans who were sitting on the side smoking and chatting. When their other friends arrived, they allowed them to use their mat while telling other golfers to wait for other mats 3) Many golfers had poor etiquette and hit basket after basket despite it being crowded and signs stating 1 basket per person when busy. I waited 30 minutes for a mat only for the person to tell me they were going to hit another bucket after they had finished Do NOT recommend this driving range as it is extremely crowded and there are no staff members available to regulate the mats!

DRIVING RANGE CLOSES EARLY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AGAIN. Last Wednesday, Driving Range Closed at 6.50pm because they said the machine for picking up golf balls was broken, but by 7:20, everyone had left and they started picking up balls. I understand that the driving range closing time is 8.00pm. Thursday Close Early Again because for the same reason Machine Broke Again, Yesterday Monday Closed at 6.10pm Again, They said they would close early even though the ball dispenser was full of balls. I arrived at the driving range at 6:50 this Tuesday evening. I waited about 20 minutes because someone was picking up balls from the field, and I waited another 5 more minutes for them to fill the ball dispenser, but the person working said it was closed. When I asked why the golf ball dispenser was full and it closed without any notice even though it wasn't even 8 o'clock, the person working said it was just closed today. It was very RUDE. I'm not complaining about closing early on rainy days or maintenance days. If it closes early, shouldn't customers be contacted by email like other golf courses saying they are closing early? All my friends have to drive at least 15 minutes to get here. We
