Currently I Have a platinum membership and it seems like when I go there it’s such a long wait that the last few times we just turned around and left. I’ll be dropping my membership as it seems like a scam that there’s only 3 pitching machines to use my membership with and the lines are so long. I’m also tired of watching people with what seems like a single membership card using it for their whole family/friends and I’m not referring to the pay swing cards. I’m sure this is contributing to the wait times

The place is okay but their service is not up to par. Kylie who sits at the front desk will make you wait and not tend to you until she feels like it. One of the machines were down so it made for a long day. They really need maintenance personnel to tend to these machines. If they want to keep their paying customers.

Never been, cool place and prices are affordable for me. Son had fun except for getting nailed in the nuts by a ball. He's ok. Lots of different things to do there to practice baseball and softball. We will be back, hopefully no nuts get injured next time

Worst experience ever. Paid 140 for two kids at their camp for them just to get bullied by older kids. When it came to picking them up. They began to cry saying they don't ever want to go back there again. If I knew they were just going to go to get bullied, I would of saved our money. They couldn't even tell me they had a good time, because it was not fun for them at all. Unfortunately lost good customers because we were planning on booking extra practices for the kids to get better but I will not force them to go to a place they don't feel comfortable going anymore.

Can’t complain about the overall quality of the facility but really reconsidering my membership if I take my kids their and have to hear foul music coming from radio by the program section, I understand having music while working out but don’t want GOMD by J Cole blaring while my 8 year old is trying to have fun with their friends. Don’t feel like eliminating foul music in your facility should be to hard of an accommodation and may keep you from loosing members. I’ve heard same complaint from a hand full of other parents in same league she plays in. Editing review based on owners response, I would consider going back on your cameras if you have audio between 3:30 and 4:30 07/12/22 until that song comes on and you will find it is defiantly not the non explicit version. Your employee in question is either being dishonest or it was not actually looked into.
