Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and the personal lessons and instructors are great. Harlie C. is the best if you need batting and fielding lessons for your girl. She knowledgeable and connects with kids well.

I canceled my membership the first time in August, second time in September by calling and the lady who answered the phone both times (not sure if it was the same person) said they would cancel it. Meanwhile I am still being charged. Someone told me to cancel online, I done that in October. November rolls around and I am charged yet again. I call and the manager conveniently is never available or returns my calls. We have used them since they opened and never had any issues previously. She moved off to College and no longer uses DBats. My daughter was actually featured to represent the Beaumont location for the prospect player. I am not sure what happened but it has definitely gone down hill. I have been charged for the last 4 months for $232. I just want my membership canceled and my money returned! I know of other people who have dealt with the same thing when they canceled in July as well. I am hoping this will finally get someone to reach out and fix this mess.

If you're into baseball at all, you've gotta check out this place called Dbat in Beaumont. My son and I stumbled across it recently and were blown away! First off, the staff there is awesome. Super friendly and you can tell they really know their stuff when it comes to baseball training and equipment. We had a bunch of questions and they were happy to explain everything in detail without any attitude. The facility itself is really nice too. Clean batting cages, nice open layout, and they have a ton of different demo bats you can try out before buying. That was clutch for helping my son find the perfect bat for his swing. But I think what really sold us on Dbat was the location. It's right there next to the Ford Park baseball fields where my son plays his select games on weekends. We were able to pop over to Dbat in between his games to get some extra cuts in the batting cages. Talk about convenience! Seriously, we liked Dbat so much that we actually went twice in one day. My son was addicted to working on his swing after his morning game. I'm telling you, the place is that good. Five stars, easily. If you're a baseball fam in Southeast Texas, you gotta hit up Dbat in Beaumont.

Beautiful facility & great service, glad our son’s little league team held practice there when it was too rainy to use the fields. Will be back
