I want to say a special thank you to Mr. Diante! He is always so pleasant profession and courteous! Especially this one instance. I had an issue with an individual who was being physically inappropriate inside the building (making me question my safety). I asked for help from front desk, and Diante (noticing he just clocked into his shift) took the time not only to hear me out, he did NOT make me feel uncomfortable that I spoke up. Additionally he approached the other man with calm and respect as well and explained how his behavior was not proper. He handled the situation with so much respect and grace, no altercations occurred afterwards (which had me concerned). Love this gym so much! I feel great walking in. I feel safe walking out. I love seeing all the front desk people in shape, just motivates me more right off the bat! Additionally I want to say crunch always repairs their machines! Thank you Crunch for doing all you do! #happycustomer

Very disappointing, especially for a gym located in a community with such a large military presence. Killeen is home to countless service members, veterans, and military families who faithfully serve this country and support local businesses every day. Soldiers spend their money here, bring their families here, and help keep businesses in this community alive. That is why it was very disappointing to find out this Crunch Fitness location does not offer any military discount or meaningful gesture of appreciation for the military community. I understand that no business is legally required to offer a discount. But in a city like Killeen, where so many people sacrifice their time, comfort, health, and family life in service to this country, even a small show of support would mean a lot. It does not have to be a huge discount. Sometimes it is simply about showing that service members and their families are seen, respected, and appreciated. Right now, it feels like this gym is willing to benefit from the military community without giving anything back to that same community. That is what makes it feel like a slap in the face. As long as I go early/before the evening it isn't packed. I love to "hate" Kalyse (my personal trainer) She's great and keeps me on track. She pushes me with respecting the limits I have because of old injuries and will recommend products without the annoying overselling/pushy tone people tend to use and helped me find a routine/diet that works well with my overnight shifts/doubles while adjusting when needed. The gym itself is mostly clean (some of the seats on the equipment need to be repaired though) and they are quick to replace the empty paper towels. Most of the staff are friendly and the clientele is mostly respectful and non-invasive. The daycare staff is incredible. Mine are older but not old enough to join me so they strongly dislike the idea of daycare but by the time I pick them up they are fine and had a good time.

Absolutely love the quality and spacious size of this facility! The equipment is in great shape and the gym is very spacious. Plenty of room for gym goers to comfortably conduct their workouts. The water pressure and temperature of the sinks is weak and cold, but the shower water pressure is strong and heated properly. This gym is definitely my favorite Crunch Fitness facility I’ve ever been to!

I’ve been a member here for 3+ years, and I had to change my review from great to not great. Every time I come in, I end up standing at the front desk for 20–30 minutes because their barcode system doesn’t work. They keep “fixing” it, but the problem comes right back. It feels like their system issue somehow becomes my problem. I’m here to work out, not to troubleshoot their check-in process. By the time I finally get in, I’ve already lost my energy before I even start my workout. The gym itself is fine, but the front desk process is broken and nobody seems to actually fix it long-term. After years of membership, this gets old fast.
