I've Been Bowling a long time and out of all my experiences this one was the worst! If your ball gets damaged at the alley and they suggest you send it to this pro shop don't, take it somewhere else that will service your ball correctly and without a nasty and negative response when you ask a question, if the bowling alley is already paying them to fix or restore your ball it shouldn't be question by the people are person that's paid to fix it! You shouldn't feel comfortable getting your ball fixed by people you compete against either for many reasons! I know a lot of bowlers been doing this for many years if you know me ask me if you see this review I will show you the ball, the work that was done, or not! And give you the explanation I was given absolutely ridiculous!

Black owned bowling supply store. They have a good selection of bowling equipment, from balls to bags and all accessories. I like the way they take the time to make sure your bowling ball is drilled the way you prefer.

10/10. This place is awesome. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. It’s apparent they care about the customer experience not just in the shop but at the lanes. As a new bowler, I feel more informed about what to expect and can bowl with confidence.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while now. I've never had anything bad to say about this shop or anyone that works here. Whether it be the owners or someone that's working at any given time. There are many and they've all been helpful, courteous and professional. Another pro shop I've been to previously was condescending and not helpful at all. I will never go back there. I switched all of my equipment over to the interchangeable thumb system and all fit perfectly. Had an issue with my Dexter's and they resolved with the manufacturer. There were times when I asked what I thought were dumb questions because I'm not the best bowler and just didn't understand the tech or layout. (Older school bowler) I am always met with the personal one-on-one time explaining it and understanding no matter how busy it is. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. You will not regret coming here. It is definitely worth your time and money. Thanks again

Great selection. Staff is amazing!!! Will definitely be back. Custom mesurments to drill the ball. They even engraved my ball for me and made sure it fit well before I walked out with it. A++++
