Get on the Victims of Country Club Condominiums page, Dont rent from here. They will delete real reviews. There is black mold, electrical that doesnt work, HVAC issues and it doesnt work/ cool long as you do want anything fixed or have a compliment, you live in peace. The new male grounds manager has issues with women and is trying to kick us out. You gave paperwork to a child to give to their parents, not put in an envelope or anything! AND have a kid worried and stressed out.

These apartments have roaches I woke up to one in my bed! They were everywhere!!!! When I told the manager Gerald there was an infestation he says that it wasn’t. Even though when he came to do a walk through of the neighbors apartment it was so bad he didn’t even want to stand in there! I had to get the health department involved and they noted it was an infestation. I had to pay so much money to move and get out of there Just a traumatizing experience!!! The the grounds are dirty and the people who live here just throw trash out of their cars and out of the front doors. Nasty loud neighbors brought bugs to everyone else’s units. The assistant Amanda is very rude and has a nasty attitude. Worst complex I ever lived in. They can’t keep a manger it’s been 3 different ones in a short time frame. The rent is high for no amenities! The water bill is a joke since it’s shared and it’s 7 people living in a two bedroom so you’re paying for everyone’s water. My experience was a nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!

Wow I…lost for words. I found these condos when I needed it THEE MOST . Ha , took me a while to write this because I was in a very emotional state looking for apartments that would accept me trying to move out of unsafe living conditions. The Manager Gerard reached out to me just about the next day after I contacted them and he was sooo helpful. Sooo empathetic. He worked with me and I Love it here. It’s quiet . Clean. Maintenance comes super fast! And they do NOT play about Pest Control. I told my mama they got the good Orkin Guys🤣 The loudest things are the cars and honestly. It puts me to sleep at night lol! Large and spacious one bedrooms , I can only imagine the 2 and 3 bedrooms. Needless to say, I made the right choice and if you’re looking for a quiet stay. This is your place

I lived in this complex since 2015. Not only is the complex management amazing and always on top of businesses. They have an incredible maintenance man. Richardo. Customer service is genuine and polite. He gets the job done right and even try’s to help out with any other fixes he can. We ran through plenty of maintenance men through the years there but he is by far one of the best. Victoria the current manager she is truly amazing as well always reaching out to make sure everything was in order and her promptness is truly settling. Farrah the old manager was truly awesome as well. If I ever lived back in Texas where ever This management team is I’d be living!

My husband and I called in this morning I believe around 10am & talked to some girl I meant to ask for her name. She said there is a 2 bed room available closer to March the 7th and she was going to send us an application to get it started and we never received it. Then I called just now and different girl just answered and telling me it’s not available? I’m confused?
