Group classes like Body Step, Body Combat, Body Pump, and Body Attack foster a wonderful sense of camaraderie. You gain a tremendous energy boost from the exciting music, high-intensity cardio, and the encouragement of more than twenty people working out alongside you. Facilities like the SAUNA 🧖‍♀️ and STEAM ROOM —my personal sanctuaries for relaxing while listening to music—clearly demonstrate that this place goes beyond being just a workout space; it shows a thoughtful commitment to the customer's overall experience.

If you’re thinking of getting adult swimming lessons, I recommend you find another location. This place claims to offer adult swimming classes and even a complementary swimming lesson for new members, but it seems like they purposely ignore adults. (I only ever saw them teaching children.) I joined with the hopes of scheduling multiple lessons for my sister and I, and although I did receive an initial email, the swimming instructor never reached back out after I told her I was interested in multiple lessons and discussed dates. Not sure if they were simply booked because NOTHING was ever communicated to me. I would have totally understood that. They really need to work on their communication. I was really looking forward to the lessons, so I just went to the pool area by myself to practice what I already know. (Many instructors there with small children but I never saw them with adults) super inconvenient and super disappointed. Save your hard earned money.

We’ve had a great experience here with my son taking swim lessons. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and really care about the kids learning and feeling comfortable in the water. Everyone on the staff has been friendly and helpful every time we come in. You can tell they truly care about families and creating a positive environment. Highly recommend for swim lessons!

This truly is the only fitness place you need! There's everything! Really really! A bunch of little extras too! Things I didn't even know I wanted at a fitness place! Well worth the money! I'm usually the person who does for everyone else. Here it feels good to put me first. And the people! Staff is sooooo friendly & helpful. Just ask, they'll help. I feel soooooo empowered to really make me a healthier, happier, Heather!

We had a great experience with the swimming lessons. The instructors are patient, professional, and wonderful with kids. My child really enjoys the classes and has gained more confidence and improved swimming skills. I would also like to thank Sherry and Beth for their kindness and support. They provided helpful information and assisted us with the application process, which made everything much easier. We truly appreciate all their help. Highly recommend!
