The Maintenance Team and Vance our Asst Mgr responded expeditiously to our need for A/C in the near 3 figure heat outside making inside unbearable! They provided a temporary unit until Tuesday. The gentleman showed up just before 8 am and were excellent inside and out replacing all elements and parts and were done just prior to 11:30 am! It’s freezing in here now measured by the gentleman at 57*!! I am VERY pleased, AS ALWAYS, with the diligence, respect and care our community and ALL STAFF truly treat us with, calling us VIP’s! Vance is AMAZING!! Through all of my financial challenges as a partially disabled person, recently denied disability by the state, VANCE has treated me the same level as I work through this season. They did not deny my family service to our apt! I am eternally grateful for Corona Pointe Resort Apts, my home!!

I had another amazing experience with our apartment office and maintenance! I had gone to church and unable to address our toilet issue prior to leaving. When I returned home I had taken a nap and woke up to remember the issue. Being Sunday and almost closing time I was not certain if I was too late. Instead of being brushed off for calling a half an hour prior to closing Darien was incredibly kind and contacted a maintenance person, Juan, whom was at our apt door within minutes. He identified the problem quickly, repaired the main issue and also additionally cleaned the jets at my mention of the water flow challenge upon flushing. I am ALWAYS grateful for the excellent quality of service we receive as what they call us VIP’s here at Corona Pointe Resort Apartments!

Having a gated apartment complex would help improve safety and security by limiting access to residents and authorized guests, especially during late hours. It may help prevent non-residents from entering the property and help residents feel safer and more comfortable in the community. Additionally, a gate can create a more private and exclusive environment for those who live here, adding to the overall appeal of the complex. The gate does not necessarily have to remain locked at all times — management could consider implementing a scheduled access system, such as locking the gate from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, when security concerns may be greater, while keeping it open during the day for convenience.

I do not recommend this place at all. I lived there for close to five years, and it has become very ghetto. The amenities are not worth it. The pool is always dirty and looks green (moldy) during the summer. Anyhow, I do not recommend this place at all. They have so many rules, yet residents don’t even follow them. There is dog poop all over the property, and the balconies are dirty, just disgusting. They also claim to provide a clean apartment, but when I moved in, it was disgusting. I had to clean it myself. Now that I’ve moved out, they are charging me almost $300 from my deposit for cleaning. They try to make tenants pay for everything when they leave, even though the place is already so dirty. Do not rent with them!!!

My husband and I have recently moved in and the apartment is absolutely stunning! Everything was new appliances & furnished. We moved into a 1bd 1ba and it’s very spacious! All thanks to Ms. Connie for helping us with our process. 10/10 apartment, The community is calm & peaceful! There are lots of things that are in the area and very commute. I would definitely recommend.
