Very dirty room. Looked like carpet had not been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. There was only one nightstand though photos of king size room presented two nightstands. Amkit the desk person lied to us about rooms not having two nightstands. Very poor customer service when asked for refund or change of rooms. Don’t book here. Additionally king size room was very small and very expensive for what you get. Our fault for thinking Comfort Suites at River Park would be a pleasant stay.

I booked several rooms here in late March and was extremely happy with my experience. I liked that the hotel is close to the highway and restaurants and that it's located in a nicer area. It's clean, there was plenty of parking, and it felt secure. The really great part though was the staff. Anjit and Pete at the front desk were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, and made me feel at ease through booking, check-in and check-out. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I will definitely book here again whenever I have people staying from out of town.
