Seems like a good facility, but the staff there are weird. Like they're scared to talk to people or operate their terminals. The managers must be toxic as all hell. Plus, the $1 first month is a scam so long as the $55 annual fee is a thing. That's how they get away with such low annual memberships. I get the feeling they would have nickle and dime'd me the whole time. Cool that they offer daycare though

The gym is always clean and the staff are very friendly! I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Ryan for a really fun Body Pump class this morning at 5:15. I am a beginner to Body Pump and he was great at explaining set up to me and suggestions for weights for beginners. He checked on me again before class started and taught me how to use the equipment and space things out. It was a great workout and I am excited to attend his class again next week!

If it wasn't for what I'm reviewing, I'd give it five stars. The gym itself is clean and seemingly well kept. However, I take issue with their policies and their lack of sending members renewal notices when they have a membership about to renew. A) you have to cancel more than 30 days before your membership renews or your charged a minimum of $70 to cancel. I'm sorry that I didn't memorize your club policy in advance (not really). B) you can't talk to anyone because they hand you a card with your agreement number and everything is done online or via phone (the phone number doesn't let you cancel though). C) they will just renew your membership without notice and to heck if you don't remember when you joined. So if you do join, make sure you put somewhere you can remember when you joined. They certainly don't tell you or send you a courtesy reminder. Seems like this is a way for them to make money and you have no recourse or ability to contact anyone in higher management. They do not answer their emails or their help forms whatsoever. Crappy customer service if you ask me. Maybe that's standard for gyms but I don't know if I will be back when life allows for it. My First Day at Club 4 was a great experience with so many exercise machines to use! I’m now a member going on for one month now. Gym is very clean and nice. I enjoy the enhanced light therapy’s and the coffee bar they have. Steam room is very spacious. Robert is a very respectful employee and gives a great professional tour of the gym.

I’m a member of CLUB4 in Plano. I’m very happy with that location. I use the Lubbock location when I come to town. The men’s restroom at the Lubbock location looks like it never gets cleaned. Today was my 5th day in a row that I’ve been to this location this week. It looks like urinals have not been cleaned all week.
