The owner here is on a massive, impatient power trip. We were approached by a promoter saying hey it’s free if you’d like to come in . We walked up to check this place out and there was literally zero people inside. The boss at the door asked for my ID, while I was looking for it and talking with my friend, he told me to take it out of the wallet, and I went to give it to him. He didn’t wanna touch it, he told me I had to scan it( which was weird because usually they like to touch it to make sure it’s not fake) He suddenly flipped a switch. He became impatient out of nowhere and started saying "have a good night” We thought he was talking to someone behind us because it made absolutely no sense. If your staff is going to treat paying customers like a nuisance for taking time to grab an ID, have fun running an empty venue. Never coming back. Also, based on other comments. It’s empty, bad customer service and why was a police officer at the door yet you have a theft problem ? Are the surrounding clubs having the same issues ? Seems shady, kinda gives me money laundering vibes. It’s a beautiful club, but there’s a reason why it’s empty.

This place is beautiful, but the bar really sucks. No tab. The bartenders don't really do any mixed drinks. Don't have a full bar and their selection is limited. I had a vodka soda and they put so much ice and barely any drink. Other than that the place is kept well and the employees are nice.

Best club in downtown Riverside! Very clean and the ambiance is 10/10. The upstairs lounge is cool with an outside patio. Restrooms are great for the girlies , amazing lighting and never dirty. Great music & vibes all around. Bully always makes sure your experience at RIV is a memorable one!

I had such a great experience with this Saturday night club promoter Bully! From the start, they were organized, professional, and super easy to communicate with. Everything was clearly explained — guest list, entry time, and details — which made the night stress-free. The energy they brought really set the vibe, and you can tell they genuinely care about everyone having a fun and safe time. The event was well put together, the crowd was good, and there were no issues getting in. If you’re looking for someone reliable who knows how to create a fun atmosphere and make the night memorable, I definitely recommend them. I’ll for sure be going to their events again!

This is literally my go-to club. I always bring my friends and we have an amazing time every single time we come. The security team is so sweet, they really make you feel safe all night, checking on you and keeping an eye on everything around the club, which I really appreciate. I also love Bully’s service. He’s always very attentive, checking in and making sure everything is good. The vibe, the music, and the atmosphere always make me want to come back. Highly recommend if you want a fun and safe night out. Love Riv ❤️🤗🙏🏽
